Sue, I remember your amazing hosting and superlative cooking skills. You made the best cherry clafoutis ever. I used to give you cookbooks as I knew how much enjoyment you got from preparing and sharing your creations. You had a poster in your kitchen, which sadly I can't find an image of to put up here. It showed numerous old cooking techniques - similar in style to the picture I'll post in galleries. Gosh, I've just remembered the layout of your kitchen in Samuel Lewis too. The drainer, the little cupboards. Your swiss white bowls (from trips away skiing). All those memories and little details come flooding back to me when I think of that kitchen. Oh and your Swiss calendar (lots of cows, lush fields and snow!) We miss you Sue. Much love K xxx
